Composition 1- Brazilian legends

Folklore is a genre of popular culture of origin, made up of the customs, legends, traditions and popular festivals transmitted by imitation and orally from generation to generation. I think the folklore, traditions, customs of each nation must be preserved and passed to future generations as a way to stay in touch with their roots.Folklore is one of the most important things in a nation. It is through this that it preserve the culture and traditions.
The Brazilian legends show us aspects of the history of our country, which allow us to reassess our roots in several and rich angles: psychological, educational, artistic. The Brazilian legends and tales contribute to the cultural education of the people because they build a way of life of some people in their morals or the way they act through the habits, customs and the language of the picturesque region. The importance of the legend has to report historical and mythical facts that people reported that during the times and enhance the cultural tradition that remains in days of yore.

Composition 2- Freedom or choice?

There is no freedom without a social organization. Moreover, the balance between the exercise of this power and individual freedom is always precarious, requiring a constant negotiation. We must seek to harmonize the ideals and wishes with the personal life of society. It's true to say that the realization of individual freedoms could not be verified unless there is an organized society in institutions. So, the constitution of a country is very important because laws give effect to the rights and duties of citizens.
The laws of the Brazilian Constitution are much praised abroad, but are not put into practice here. In general, the Brazilian laws are fair.But, in my opinian,the law should be changed at some points that children under eighteen who commit heinous crimes should be arrested and tried for the crimes. I think cigarette should be banned in Brazil because is a drug as the others which are banned.

Composition 3- Dilemmas and decisions

The cartoon talk about a dilemma of a dog whose owners have gone. The dilemma was how he would pay the rent of the house. I had had two dilemmas in my life. The first one was when I had to choose about my profession. I was in doubt if I would become a doctor or a lawyer. I always like the both profession and I hadn't known what to do. Suddenly, I don't know why I decided to do medicine and now I'm very pleased to be doing this course, I think I did the correct thing. If I hadn't done medicine, I problably wouldn't be so happy. My second dilemma was decide to come or not to Palmas city to do the medicine university. Palmas is very far from my city Belo Horizonte. So, I were confused about that because Palmas is too far from all my relationships: my family and my friends. Despite this, my parents have supported me in my decision to come to Palmas and my life is ok in Palmas.
